KNOWN ISSUES:
Your phone may have issues installing PAID applications in general when downloading from GOOGLE PLAY. It's a COMPATIBILITY issue. Until GOOGLE and GO DEVELOPERS (Maker of GO applications) address this issue, we can only have a work around solution (see below) for our value customers.AFFECTED APPS: Most often, GO Contacts Themes and GO Locker Themes (ONLY on some phone models like Galaxy S4 and S3 (There are many different variations for Galaxy S4 and S3, so not every S4,S3 is affected)

WORK-AROUND SOLUTION:
We recommend everyone to use this solution for trouble-free installation.1. Use my Dashboard (Upon Opening our app, this dashboard menu will open) and download the FREE Fixes.
- When you click "Apply GO Contacts Theme" and/or "Apply GO Locker Theme" buttons, my application will recommend you to download these themes from our server to FIX this issue.
- At this moment, this is the only way to FIX this issue. Each theme has a specific fix.
WHAT TO DO AFTER DOWNLOADING THE FIX?
INSTALL FIX: OPEN and install the file (you should see them in your notification bar on top), just slide your finger downward on the screen.After installation, open up the apps as follows:
OPEN GO CONTACTS APP
1. Click the "HOME BUTTON"; the middle button (out of a row of 5 buttons on the bottom of screen)
2. That will open App Drawer with all the apps.
3. Look for GO CONTACTS app, you need it to open GO Contacts Themes.
4. APPLY THEME: Select MENU on your phone, select THEME, select this theme and APPLY
OPEN GO LOCKER APP
1. Click the "HOME BUTTON"; the middle button (out of a row of 5 buttons on the bottom of screen)
2. That will open App Drawer with all the apps.
3. Look for GO LOCKER app, you need it to open GO LOCKER Themes.
4. APPLY THEME: Select INSTALLED tab, select THEME , select this theme and APPLY
